Anirudh Gupta is the Founder & Principal Advisor at Mindways, a career counselling and global education advisory firm established in 2005. With more than 20 years of experience in counselling students and families, he specialises in career guidance, psychometric interpretation, global education planning, and university admissions strategy.

Anirudh holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and is a British Council Certified Counsellor and Certified Career Counsellor. Over the years, he has worked with 5000+ students across diverse academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations, helping them navigate critical decisions related to subject selection, career pathways, university planning, and international education opportunities.

His counselling philosophy focuses on clarity before decisions. Rather than promoting one-size-fits-all solutions, he works closely with students and parents to identify the right fit based on aptitude, personality, interests, career goals, and long-term outcomes.

Known for his practical, honest, and student-first approach, Anirudh aims to help students build confidence, direction, and a stronger understanding of themselves while preparing for an increasingly dynamic global future.
